I have directly managed Reza for 2 years of his tenure at IGT. Over this period of time, I have found him to be a very hard working individual with an excellent service delivery record. He always took initiative to talk to his customers before designing or implementing the software/tools that he was working on. He always put his customers first. One thing that I liked the most about him was his attitude towards work. He always held himself accountable for the work that he did. He was one of those employees on which I could count on for getting the job done. He was always truthful about his ability and he didn’t hesitate to give his opinion to me, even if he knew that we might have some disagreements. He always acted respectfully at work with his coworkers and others; as a result, he had developed very good relationships with people within the organization in no time. In addition to his hard working attitude, he always brought smile on his face while presenting himself in front of others. Overall, he was a big asset to the team, and, a core factor for success of multiple projects. I wish him best for his future endeavors.

I had the pleasure of working with Reza when he was assigned to develop an application that I requested from his department. When we discussed the design and functionality of the application, Reza was friendly, receptive to suggestions, and asked intelligent questions about my needs. The application he wrote has a robust underlying architecture, thoughtful error-handling and an intuitive, user-friendly interface. It has been a huge time-saver for our department.

Reza is a very capable and flexible Software Engineer with a high attention to detail and an inherent talent for GUI design. Reza has a high amount of experience in many programming disciplines which he is able to leverage into unique solutions across many platforms. During my time working with him, he displayed ample experience in C#, PHP, ASP, Node.js, Javascript, CSS, Web based design principles, and Software Development in general. He has an excellent working attitude and would be a valuable resource on any team.

Reza is an exceptional coder and is constantly looking for ways to improve his products and make them more friendly and useful to his users. When thrown into unfamiliar situations Reza has consistently produced excellent results. Reza has demonstrated skill with Node.js, C++, C#, ASP, and CSS so far in his time at IGT. I have never had any reservations about assigning a project to Reza, as I know he will always knock it out of the park. Reza is a pleasure to work with and has a good relationship with everyone on the team. He is receptive to suggestions and criticisms, and works hard to complete projects on time.
